Hello!

Sit and Flow is a family business based in New Zealand born out of the pregnancy journey. Our journey has had its ups and downs, from pure joy, tender anticipation to some unexpected challenges that we had to navigate together. It became obvious that basic bodily functions, like going to the toilet, can become obstacles to enjoyable pregnancy and postpartum. 

During pregnancy, constipation and hemorrhoids became daily struggles. The pain of pushing hard poop through hemorrhoids was at times excruciating. 

Post C-section recovery brought further challenges. Pushing on the toilet was not an option. Poop had to move naturally when ready.

In the search for solutions, we discovered the idea of a toilet stool, alongside the convenience of a bidet portable, bidet sprayer, and the comfort of an intelligent toilet seat. At first, these seemed like simple, almost overlooked items. But as we incorporated them into our routine, the difference was remarkable. 

The toilet stool gently elevated the feet, shifting posture for a more natural alignment and relieving pressure. The bidet portable, bidet sprayer, and intelligent toilet seat provided gentle, soothing cleansing, improved hygiene and decreased hemorrhoid pain. These small adjustments, combined with lots of kiwifruit and water, brought significant comfort and ease to a daily routine that had become a source of stress.

Sit and Flow was born

That's when a seed was planted. It became clear that if we were experiencing these challenges, other expectant and new mothers like you will be too. We wanted to share these simple yet effective solutions to help you navigate a potentially uncomfortable aspect of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with greater ease and dignity.

And so, Sit and Flow was born. We're passionate about providing thoughtfully designed toilet stools, bidet portables, bidet sprayers, and intelligent toilet seats that can make a real difference in the lives of pregnant women and new mothers. Our products are crafted with comfort, stability, and practicality in mind, designed to fit seamlessly into any bathroom and support the incredible journey of motherhood.
